Dear Sir or Madam!

It is not simple to represent the activity field and the transaction / realization of the work of the I.U.C.C. in a few words and the enclosed sides.

The UNION was established at the 01.04.1995 with the main goal to guarantee a global network of information as well as dealing with of the problems of private businesses and people.

At the beginning there was the idea that had to be brought on the paper. That was not the problem but like it put out, the cooperation from human being to human being, who all have the same goal: "How do I come fast and aim to a solution of my problem?“.

Through intensive travelling, learning of foreign languages, contact to different people, to expose dangers, that are only far too well known, Investments of moneys, by which in advance you can’t see whether these investments would be worthwhile, blockades of authorities and offices, that hide behind the "red tape", appearance of unintelligible and misunderstanding in the different countries etc. I fought for the realization of my idea and had to pocket also some severe setback on that occasion.

I had to go through much in the past and had to experience - and partially still today!

"It is easier to lose a good name than to get one."

The most difficult part was and also still is it, the agents (ex police) lawyers, motor vehicle mechanics, detectives, office assistants, tax advisors etc. -, to reduce to a denominator. You cannot look inside any people in order to recognize its thoughts and its will and sometimes there is a "black little sheep" in each sheep herd.

It was valid and is again and again applicable to us to select more exactly and to observe, as it would do other institutions. To possess more human knowledge as a psychologist – to be subject to more of the confidentiality and to be problem listeners, as a priest - like a chess master to see every train in advance and always to have a plan "B" in the other hand - not to risk any human life and to be able to lose a game also once like a true winner.

In the interplay of our agents, a team developed, who speaks not only of the theory, but also can explain the practice.

The trust, that us the members (committee or passive) brought contrary, made me and on the end us - strongly and ready for the SUCCESS!
