Passive members have to enclose:
1 trade ads or a passport copy and a passport picture
The new member obliges itself to the payment of the reception charge from 25,00 EUR and to the payment of membership rates, that is fixed statutory at the yearly general meeting.
The membership rates are due annually in advance.
The member year begins with the date of the member's reception.

If the membership goes out before end of the member year through exclusion or being eliminated, the membership rates are not refunded proportionately!
Regulations:
Passive members get a member ID card and a document (charge: 18,00 EUR). This carries the name "Member of I.U.C.C." and is equipped with a photograph. For its validity, the stamp of the UNION and the signature of the president are necessary.
This member ID card remains property of the UNION and is to be returned again under following conditions
- Exclusion of the presidency
- End of the membership by termination
Exclusion:
Each member can be excluded without notice because of a violation of the statute, with non-payment of the membership rates or non-compliance of the obligations and statutes. In this case the ID card is immediately to be returned.
Obligations of the members:
Passive members should support the UNION as well as the other members of the framework of their possibilities. You are in the possession of information, that are suitable to pursue criminal offences and to fight, these informations are to be given known to the UNION.
Other:
With a loss of the ID card, the presidency of the UNION is to be informed in writing instantaneously .At a theft, an immediate ad is to be transacted with the police.
The statute of the UNION can be ordered in writing anytime
